To provide legal advice and support to the entire business. Managing all aspects pertaining to legal and corporate law matters affecting the entire business. Support the Legal Department in promoting its objective to provide legal support to the company. Ensure full compliance by the company with all internal and legal obligations in terms of Mozambican law
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
• Excellent drafting skills;
• Good communication skills, both spoken and written in English and Portuguese;
• Good interpretation of legislation an eye for detail to provide sound legal judgment;
• Ability to multitask, work independently with minimum supervision and have strong commitment to ensure deliverables are met in timely manner;
• Minimum 5 years of post-qualified working experience in corporate law, contracts negotiation and business agreements and arrangements.
